Ingredients
Melon Version G & T
3 cubes Honey Dew Melon
1 Sprig of Basil
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1½ oz. Nolet's Dry Gin Silver
4 oz. Premium Tonic Water
Blackberry Version G & T
5 Blackberries
1 Sprig of mint leaves
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1½ oz. Nolet's Dry Gin Silver
4 oz. Premium Tonic Water
Preparation
Add fruit, leaves, and simple syrup to glass or cocktail shaker and muddle. Using a cocktail strainer pour muddled juice into a tall, iced glass. Add gin and tonic, and garnish with more leaves if desired.
