Time to re-think what a Mojito can be by adding the deliciousness of coconut.
1 Lime wedge
1 Sprig mint leaves
½ Teaspoon Brown Sugar
1½ oz. Light Rum (we like Havana Club)
1 Tblsp. Cream of Coconut
5 oz. Coconut Water
Add lime wedge, mint sprig, and brown sugar to cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, rum, cream of coconut, and coconut water. Shake well. Pour through a strainer into a well-iced glass. Garnish with another lime wedge and a bit of mint.
