Also know as Redbird Flower for it's blooms this stubborn little devil is extremely easy to grow, and is a great "gift" choice for that friend with the brown thumb. Don't over love it with water as it likes the soil moist to dry, but not wet. When one plant gets to big just trim the stems, and stick in a new pot and "voilà" you've got a new plant.

It flowers year round in fits and spurts, but it really does its thing in the heat of summer. If growing in pots add a bit of diluted liquid fertilizer once a month to ensure beautiful blooms.
