This cocktail sits right on the line between Mint Julep and Old Fashioned, but the abundance of mint tipped the scale in our naming.
8 Mint leaves
2 oz Knob Hill Bourbon Whisky (we like it for it's fruitiness)
½ oz. Beautyberry syrup
1 ½ oz water
Add 3 mint leaves to cocktail shaker, and 3 to glass and muddle both, and add ice to shaker and glass.
In the shaker combine whiskey, syrup, and water. Shake till well chilled, and pour into low ball glass. Top with a few mint leaves, blueberries, and dash bitters. Enjoy!
