Tipsy's Mango Salsa

Yes, it goes with everything... almost.

1 Mango Diced
½ cup Red Onion
½ cup Chopped Basil
½ cup Chopped Cilantro
1 tbsp. Lime Juice


In a bowl combine: mango, onion, basil, cilantro, and lime juice. If feeling spicy add a bit of red pepper flakes to heat it up.

Mix well, and let marinade in refrigerator for at least an hour. Wonderful with chips, or served over chicken, fish (tacos especially), or pork.
