Tipsy Holi-Berry

Deck the bar with bows of mint, and berries.

Ho, Ho, Ho, It's HOT in July, so at Tipsy Gardening we are cooling off with a festive cocktail while celebrating Christmas in July with style.


1 ½ oz Malfy Gin (Originale)
½ oz Simple syrup
3 oz Zephyrhills Raspberry Lime sparkling water
2 Sprigs fresh mint
2 Strawberries cut into quarters
1 Lime wheel
3 Raspberry/mint ice cubes


Place raspberries and mint leaves into ice cube trays then fill with water then freeze.

In a cocktail shaker combine gin, simple syrup, one ounce of sparkling water, quartered strawberry, and one sprig of mint. Muddle ingredients with pestle. Add plain ice cube and close cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until chilled. Place raspberry/mint ice cubes, strawberry, lime wheel, and mint sprig in a lowball/DOF glass and pour in your cocktail mixture and top off with more of the sparkling water. Enjoy!
